a stay i will cherish forever

the air ventilation in the room was genuinely excellent. i felt comfortable even with the windows closed. the historic building has such an authentic interior, it seemed like stepping back in time. the large swimming pool and spa area were immaculate. a separate relaxation room with an aquarium added a tender touch.
The room was a little too warm. I wish i could have adjusted the temperature a bit more easily.

the pillow menu allowed me to choose the perfect support, a big plus since standard pillows are often too firm. the staff offered warm welcomes, especially dalota. service was provided by ivonka in the restaurant.

the breakfast selection was wide and very tasty. plentiful fruit was already peeled, sliced, and ready to eat, so convenient. a large choice of desserts was available each morning. the food was AMAZING!!!

the room was spacious and clean. the bed was comfortable. the room included everything i needed for my stay. i was also given amazing quality of toiletries that added to the experience.

a bus stop is just a few minutes away from the hotel. this allows for easy access to the cable car towards kasprowy wierch. the hotel is within walking distance of the main high street, close to the train station and bus stops.

the hotel location was convenient to the train station.
The room was quite warm. There was no air conditioning. the premium room i booked didn't feel very premium at all and the jacuzzi was broken for my entire stay. this was disappointing!

The room was so hot and stuffy. The mattress near the windows sloped toward the head of the bed, awful.
